BUSINESS AND SCIENCE

• Founder, Institute for Security and Cooperation in Outer Space, ISCOS, a non-governmental organization in consultative status with the UN ECOSAC (United National Economic and Social Council), DC based educational think-tank with an action component; re-named Institute for Cooperation in Space, ICIS, in 2001, now headquartered in Vancouver, CA and in   Vilcabamba, Ecuador.
• Spokesperson for and associate of the late Dr. Wernher von Braun, the "Father of Rocketry,” about how to apply space age technology and information services to solving urgent and potential problems of human needs, the environment, and new energy.
• Former Corporate Manager – Fairchild Industries. First woman Corporate Manager of an aerospace company.
• Orchestrated set-up of 5000 satellite ground stations in India for the poor, and the first two-way audiovisual satellite communication in over 20 countries.
• Consultant to space and defense to corporations and organizations including TRW, Disney, General Electric, IBM, the National Space Institute, and in collaboration with experts worldwide.
• Consultant on the MX missile, space shuttle, weather satellites, manufacturing technologies, future manufacturing technology forecasting, defense and space, military and business systems.
• Introduced the “Space Development Initiative” to replace the “Strategic Defense Initiative”
• Facilitated collaboration among American, Soviet, Chinese, and world scientists, politicians, government and business representatives in compiling the first list of potential joint commercial, civilian and military space ventures.
• Testified numerous times before the U.S. Congress, House and Senate, The Presidents Commission on Space, and before various political platform committees about the feasibility of banning all space-based weapons and simultaneously building a cooperative, world military, civil and commercial space programs that can and will replace the war industry and R&D programs while stimulating the economy with the development of a a new marketplace of clean and safe technology, products and services that can be applied directly to solving urgent and potential problems of humans and other animals and our environment including man-made or natural disasters, a new security system that is based on on-going cooperative world military, civil and commercial space R&D and exploration as this technology is applied to enhancing communication, information sharing, and applications that will bring the world, including adversaries together to reap the needed benefits and opportunities, and about how this new space age vision that can transform the largest R&D program in history and the war industry, now mandated to weaponize space, into a world cooperative space industry that will result in unlimited benefits and opportunities especially for children/orphans, underprivileged and the poor and sick, minorities, aboriginal/First Nations peoples, and for all world and space citizens.
• Invented the Space Development Initiative (SDI) to replace the Strategic Defense Initiative (SDI) 
• Official Advisor on Space and Defense issues to the Peoples Republic of China
• Space and Conversion Advisor to Presidential Candidate Reverend Jesse Jackson
• Introduced the first Russian/American off-the-record military to military officer meeting – facilitated nine Senators going to Moscow to meet with Russian President Andropov.

• Space Coordinator for the World Game produced by the late futurist and visionary Dr. Buckminister Fuller. 
• Space Commissioner, World Government of World Citizens, World Service Authority, replacing the late Dr. Issac Assimov.
• Started the worldwide movement to ban space-based weapons: the Leaky Umbrella Campaign, the Save Outer Space Campaign, the “Stop Star Wars” campaign, etc, and now to get the Space Preservation Act and companion Space Preseration Treaty signed into law in early 2007…working closely with grass roots and leaders of the military industrial lab university intelligence NASA (and other space organizations) political/government complex leaders including Aboriginal/First Nations.
• Working to build a location where we can gather world leaders to sign the Space Preservation Treaty that will ban all space-based weapons while simultaneously transforming with intention the war industry/economy into a space industry/economy (without space-based weapons) in a way that will stimulate a new economy with marketplace of clean and safe technology, products and services applied directly to solving urgent problems such as those of human needs, energy, and the environment, so that a real security system is created that will apply Space Age technology and information to enhancing communication and information exchanges worldwide instead of being used as force multipliers in war games. 
• Building a global satellite and technology link-up to enhance communication and information sharing in such areas of providing healthcare for ALL children on earth, for providing educational programs to communities that will show ecological jobs can replace jobs that destroy environments, and that can provide Space Age job and career training via satellite to all communities on earth to save the local environments,
• Educating about a Space Preservation Act introduced by Congressman Dennis Kucinich (and a forthcoming Senator) that is companion to the Space Preservation Treaty (ready to be signed into law…).

EDUCATOR

• Award winning elementary school teacher for her Spaceship Earth teaching unit to educate the poor, women, and minorities worldwide with an emphasis on careers to help protect the environment, humans and other animals, and to provide new services including new clean and safe alternative energy.
• Consultant on educational programs to industries, the military, the intelligence community, government (s) and non-government organizations and to political candidates and elected officials in the U.S. and in communities in over 100 countries.
• Developed the first educational satellite programs with educators and students in the Appalachia and Rocky Mountain regions, and with telemedicine experiments in Alaska, and with 5000 villages in India via the ATS-6, Application Technology Satellite.
• Facilitated the first live, two-way, audio-visual educational satellite communication in 24 countries.
• Served on numerous technical and non-technical Boards of organizations including JETS--Junior Engineering Technical Society; and FASST--Forum for the Advancement of Students in Space and Technology, and many more.
• Served as Vice-President of the Montgomery County, Maryland, Chamber of Commerce (third largest chamber in US) where she introduced the award winning "Adopt-a-School" program and held the first joint industry-education combined conferences in the US.
• Former National Chancellor for the International Association of Educators for World Peace, NGO/UN.
• Organizer to bring human and material resources to poverty stricken schools around the world
• Works with elderly to distribute their knowledge and wisdom regarding longevity
